Challenge
Their challenge was wanting to have the best City website in the country. It's a small town that has been known for being the quintessential American middle class town. The city of Muncie was once a booming industrial town because of it's large natural gas deposits. It is no longer a popular place for manufacturing, so this site was an attempt of reinventing themselves for the future.
Solution
We redesigned the City of Muncie, migrated all files, and provided redirects for search engine optimization. We also designed a new mobile friendly website to make it as easy as possible for residents to access the information, and get forms that they needed.
Result
Created the best city website in the country. We also created a mobile versions, which they did not have before. Instagram was also added along with an interactive timeline, allowing people to learn about the history of the city and find out where it is going, helping the community see improvement being made in the city.
